Well if it needs elegance, then you're the perfect one for the job, say I. From your notes I imagine it looking rather lovely. I love the lettering you've drawn in. And who cannot love a dragon, let him/her be silent... say I... again.
Since they're so bewildering skeptical about the first cover, I'm glad they've come back to you for a third-time-is-the-charm version rather than going with the interim horse-designed-by-a-committee version.
But I wouldn't be surprised if they come around to using the first version after all(!) Sometimes you just have endure everyone's "input" until they get comfortable with your idea.
All paws and claws crossed for luck and beaming encouraging thoughts your way. . .
Can I be a butt about this? I love the larger letters, and the dolphins leaping around the paper boat are awesome!
Here's the 'butt' part....does the balloon need to be on the front? Can it be 'chasing' the dragon on the back?
Since I don't know the whole story...yet, I can only guess and be a butt, if need be.
